• Customer Focus: We believe seeking customer support should not require you to talk to 3 bots, 4 AI agents and having to answer form emails. Customer support should be simple. We believe in reaching above and beyond for our customers and to ensure they have the best experience with products purchased from us
• Ethical AI Use: AI is here and it's here to stay. To stay competitive an integration of AI services into any workflow has become essential. But we stand in opposition to unsupervised, ungoverned AI slop. None of the products in our store or this website itself are AI generated. They are AI supported. AI was used to look up documentation, to provide boilerplate code, to help debug. No where has an AI agent ever been given free reign of the code. No where has AI generated code been straight away copy and pasted into our code base.
